At WildRootsCrystalCo, we want every customer to feel confident and cared for. Because crystals are natural, unique, and often fragile, this policy is designed to protect both you and our small business.

📦 Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

The item arrives broken, damaged, or significantly different from the product description.

You contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

The item is returned in its original condition and packaging (unless damaged in transit).

The return is shipped back within 7 days of approval.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

❌ Non‑Returnable Items (Updated)

The following items are non‑returnable, unless they arrive broken or damaged:

Mystery boxes

Clearance items

Custom orders

Items that have been altered, used, or damaged after delivery

If any of the above items arrive broken, damaged, or not as described, you are still eligible for a refund or replacement as long as you contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos.

📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, WildRootsCrystalCo is not responsible for:

Stolen packages

Mis-delivered packages

Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

For these situations, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.

📮 Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

The customer is responsible for reshipment costs

Refunds are not issued for address errors

📦 Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

Email us within 3 days of delivery

Include photos of the packaging and the item

We will replace the item or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable

⏳ Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

After this window, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

Crystals are natural and may contain variations, inclusions, cracks, or imperfections. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds.
